We recently installed custom plantation shutters in a home in charming holden beach, NC enhancing light control, privacy, and comfort. We took on a unique challenge while introducing a refined aesthetic that complements the home’s ocean front beauty.
Project Overview
Our holden beach client had a window that looked directly into their neighbor's home. It was critical that we find a solution that provided privacy from their neighbors while not obstructing the ocean-front view. We designed a unique solution; using a vertical rather than horizontal louver design. We manufactured and installed a custom plantation shutter to meet these very specific conditions. The result allows our client to have morning coffee on their sofa while taking in sunrise over the ocean in the serenity of complete privacy.
